The Small Projects-Project Coordinator will provide overall management direction and ensure proper execution andtimely completion of all assigned projects.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Update customers on current small project work orders, scheduling of technicians, parts on order, or any potential delays in completion
  • Manage the growth and retention of all assigned accounts
  • Set up necessary meetings with internal departments
  • Obtain and submit work order quotes; follow up for approval
  • Follow up on current customer jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identify cost savings opportunities for customers by analyzing type and frequency of work orders
  • Visit office and job sites regularly to train customers and regional operators
  • Provide guidance to design partners in maintaining standards for custom and prototypical restaurant designs, as well as reinvestments
  • Handle all escalated calls and research the problem to determine what issues may be affecting the customer, and provide any possible solutions to the customer
  • Track all regional design/energy projects to ensure they are on-time, on-budget and aligned with the customers’ pipelines
  • Conduct monthly audits of quotes and invoices to ensure they are in compliance with the customer’s requirements
  • Generate various weekly and monthly customer reports
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree; or 3 years of previous customer service, account management experience or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written professional communication skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Effective time management, prioritization and organization
  • Ability to comprehend, summarize, edit and analyze data
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Ability to create, edit and analyze Excel spreadsheets, Word documents, PDF files and Power Point presentations
  • Ability to create, navigate, search and update Rogers Electric’s internal systems (work orders, reports, quotes, invoices etc, emails)
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
