We are currently looking for a Lighting Technician with previous commercial experience to join our Service department. Work will consist of doing small project's type of Electrical work, Electrical Service work and applicants must be willing to work at night if needed.

 

 

 

Qualifications

Required Experience:

  • 2-5 years previous maintenance experience
  • Exterior lighting technician experience
  • Proficient with HID, Fluorescent, and LED lighting
  • Must have bucket truck experience
  • Ability to read blueprints, run conduit, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control testing and troubleshooting
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and move moderately heavy objects
  • Ability to ascend/descend ladders
  • Good computer skills including proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills -- ability to interact well with Store/Facilities Managers and Maintenance Department personnel
  • Must be willing to travel, work nights, weekends and overtime
  • Travel paid both ways from home address to jobsite
  • Travel will be paid from hotel to storage units (when necessary 2 technicians max unless approved in advance)
  • No travel will paid from hotel to the Chase Bank jobsite
  • 30 minutes deducted daily for lunch
